It is adjacent to the designated place of Birch Hill Park to the south. In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Sunset View Acres had a population of 98 living in 35 of its 37 total private dwellings, a change of -3.9% from its 2016 population of 102. With a land area of 0.69 km2 (0.27 sq mi), it had a population density of 142.0/km2 (367.9/sq mi) in 2021.[1] As a designated place in the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Sunset View Acres had a population of 102 living in 36 of its 37 total private dwellings, a change of 5.2% from its 2011 population of 97.
